Job Descrption
This position is responsible for supporting Retail Sales and Operations to optimise commercial performance, prioritising excellent customer service throughout.
Responsibilities
Support Retail Sales and Operations to optimise the boutique’s commercial performance, prioritising excellent customer service throughout.
Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance.
Ensure client satisfaction by consistently providing the standards of SW services and values
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products, including the design inspiration, price points and ‘unique’ selling aspects of the brand
Support Retail Manager with Reporting and Pipeline tracking.
Work in harmony with entire SW Team, supporting when needed, reinforcing team spirit and shared goals.
Support in-store Retail events, working with the Retail Manager and Marketing team to deliver the event objectives and in line with SW brand... values.
To support the daily Retail operations and functions ensuring these are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
To work with SAP to process stock in/out transfers and press loans
To take the lead for the provision of excellent repair service for Retail, working with production department to ensure timely turnaround
Responsible for accurately adding own client and sales data into CRM/Retail system
Responsible for accurately processing Retail sales through SAP and Retail Pro / Shopify and administering any shipping documentation
To work within agreed policies and procedures
To work hand in hand with Operations Team and Retail Manager on Retail stock counts, ensuring excellence in prep, reconciliation and ongoing stock control.
To assist E-commerce sales via click and collect and dispatching orders, when E-Com Exec is away from the business.
To ensure and maintain the highest visual appearance within the Boutique, especially in regards to Visual Merchandising of product
To ensure Retail supplies are suitable stocked: packaging, gift wrap, stationary etc
To ensure jewelry is handled correctly, kept clean, and in good repair, highlighting any issues to the Retail Manager
To support Operations team with general logistics functions such as, transferring stock, collecting and delivering to HO any retail sales orders or shipments.

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
