Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Sales Assistant. This position will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Assistant, you will engage customers, educate them about caviar varieties, and assist them in selecting the perfect product for their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert in the history, production, and varieties of caviar. Ensure you are able to educate... customers on taste profiles, pairings, and serving suggestions.
• Sales: Proactively drive sales, achieving both personal and store targets through a consultative sales approach. Maximize every sales opportunity with existing and new customers.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for every client, offering tastings when appropriate and handling all transactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Merchandising: Maintain the display and presentation of the counter to reflect the brand's luxury image.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and passion for fine foods. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIPs, to encourage repeat business.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards to ensure the safe handling and storage of luxury food products.
• Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Luxury Retail Experience: Previous experience working in luxury retail or fine foods (preferably in caviar, seafood, or gourmet products).
• Customer Service Excellence: A strong customer service background with the ability to create memorable experiences.
• Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on high-end clientele.
• Passion for Fine Foods: An interest in gourmet foods, particularly caviar, and the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product knowledge.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are highly desirable due to the international clientele.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the perfect presentation andhigh standards in both customer service and product handling.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: £14.79 per hour
