• *Store Type:** Multi-brand Fashion Store (Brands: Foret, Samsoe Samsoe, Veja, Norse Projects, etc.)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Associate to join our multi-brand retail store at Coal Drops Yard. The role involves providing an exceptional in-store experience, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining the store’s visual and operational standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Greet and engage customers, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand mix to provide informed and tailored advice.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping experience, from product selection to checkout, ensuring a... seamless and enjoyable process.
• Help drive sales by suggesting complementary items and upselling products when appropriate.
• Maintain an elevated level of customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed with product launches, trends, and brand stories to enhance customer interactions.
• Ensure all products are well-presented on the shop floor, maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with in-store displays, ensuring the presentation aligns with brand guidelines and engages customers.
• Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring key items are always available and correctly displayed.
• Participate in stock checks and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the store is well-stocked, tidy, and organized.
• Support your colleagues to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to daily operations, including store opening, closing, and housekeeping tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role that include multiple brands.
• A passion for fashion and knowledge of contemporary brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in sustainability and fashion.
• Eager to learn and stay updated on the latest fashion trends.
