Real Estate Sales Administrator at Tricar

Job Descrption
We are seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support the sales process for our new construction condominiums, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers. You will manage administrative tasks, client communications, and assist in the execution of all sales events. Responsibilities include:
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager. Assist the sales team with daily operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating client appointments, assisting with model suite showings, and managing client communications.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the sales data, visitor tracking and communications, with accurate client information and sales activity.
• Documentation: Assist with preparation, review, and management of sales... documents, legal documents, and other information, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Marketing Coordination: Provide information and support to the marketing team to develop promotional materials, communications, and online content to attract potential buyers.
• Client Relations: Work with CR Representatives and CR Administrator to provide excellent customer service and information by addressing client inquiries, questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Assist during the occupancy period with homeowner move-ins, etc.
• Knowledge and Education: Be fully versed in the details of the condominium project, the buying process, the legal documents, construction process and, the Tarion Warranty program.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and promote various events, including public and agent open houses, grand openings, home shows, etc. Coordinate and attend events. This would include some evening and weekend work.

Skills Required:

· Have previous experience in real estate sales administration or a similar role is highly desirable with sales contract knowledge

· Be well organized and confident with the ability to plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

· Be self-motivated with ability to work well in a team and independently

· Have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Fintrac and the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs

· Ability to communicate confidently and have relationship building skills with a passion for providing the highest level of customer service with an enthusiastic, friendly, approach.

· Ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally

· Continuous updating of job knowledge by participating in education opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks and participating in professional organizations

· Be available for evening and weekend work, as well as some travel within SW Ontario with use of your personal vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $96,680.00-$116,123.00 per year
