A young and energetic company offers a vacancy for a real estate agent in London. Our distinctive feature is that we work only with investment projects in real estate. We are looking for British citizens only. Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a must. We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and skilled in navigating the property market.
• Responsibilities*
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs
- Organise and conduct property viewings for potential buyers
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions
- Provide guidance on property prices, market trends, and legal requirements
- Market properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or tenants
• Requirements*
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and negotiate... deals
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple properties and client relationships
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse clientele
- Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork and legal documentation efficiently
Pay: £32,436.00-£35,872.00 per year
