Job Descrption
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in property sales and leasing activities across residential and commercial sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
• Guide and assist clients in making informed property decisions by offering expert advice and market insights.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai.
• Maintain a portfolio of properties and manage client databases.
• Ensure a high level of... customer service and satisfaction throughout the buying/renting process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (sales or leasing) in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including legal regulations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
