They are an established, market leading, residential property acquisition/tech business located in South London. Duties & Responsibilities - Property Valuations Consultant:
Valuing and assessing risk for residential property
Review formal offers following RICS survey
Update CRM to ensure customers and partners have the necessary information to understand valuation and subsequent offer
Person Profile - Property Valuations Consultant:
Estate agency sales, mortgage or property valuations experience required
Commercial acumen
Proficient using MS Office and comfortable to work with various software platforms/CRMs.
A keen interest or exposure to property technology

Total salary £50-55,000 inc bonus and commission
Hybrid working 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.Company pension & other company benefits
Sales Valuer (Estate Agency), Sales Manager (Estate Agency), Mortgage Underwriter, Valuations Surveyor etc
