Job Description: TIG Welder - Ealing
Location: Ealing, UK
Position: Full-Time, Permanent working Monday to Thursday- 07:00 to 15:45; Friday - 07:00 am to 11:00 am
Salary: Negotiable, depending on the experience
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our team in Ealing. If you possess MAG, TIG, and MMA qualifications, that’s a plus, but we’re also open to training candidates who demonstrate strong welding skills in similar areas. As a Welder, Service Engineer, or Fitter Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and repair of metal structures, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on various metals and materials as required.
Carry out MAG and MMA welding (if qualified) or undergo training to achieve necessary certifications.
Repair, fabricate, and assemble metal structures following engineering drawings and specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance and service of welding equipment.
Ensure... that all welding work complies with health and safety regulations.
Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience with TIG welding is essential.
MAG and MMA welding qualifications (or willingness to train and qualify).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
Familiarity with safety protocols in a welding environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
Experience as a Service Engineer or Fitter Welder.
Experience with various metal materials and welding techniques.
Certification in welding procedures is advantageous.
