This leading, private health care organisation is on the lookout for an ambitious training doctor to explore a leadership position within private healthcare overseeing a team of Critical Care doctors. You will work with a multidisciplinary team who are consultant led and liaising directly with the likes of the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer and CEO.
With a clinical - management split of 80/20, you will support the day-to-day management of the Critical Care Ward and ITUs from admission to dis-charge. You will also manage rotas according to patient needs and deliver workforce planning... My client is one of the most prestigious healthcare providers in the world providing the highest quality care to all patients.
On top of this, there is the option to complete an Executive Masters Leadership Fellowship Programme offering doctors a fully funded chance to learn the skillset and pathway to be the country’s next healthcare leaders. Covering areas such as business strategy, innovation and how to influence healthcare delivery, you will be given six hours per week to study alongside your full-time role in Oncology with the course starting in August.
