Violet Lane Medical Practice is seeking to recruit a salaried GP to join our motivated, friendly and supportive GP Practice. The successful candidate will be confident in supporting clinical triage and care navigation of patients as well providing care to patients face to face, over the telephone and sometimes in their own homes. We have fully embraced the best of the digital offerings to enhance both our patient care, as well as our work efficiencies. We use EMIS, the full Accurx package including total triage, Docman and Ardens.
An organised and well-established practice at the heartland of its community in South Croydon, Violet Lane Medical Practice has been a mainstay with a growing patient list size of 11,000. With the addition of two motivated GP partners alongside our experienced partner of 25 years, this forward-thinking practice is looking to develop and innovate to ensure high... quality patient care is maintained and health inequalities are tackled. We are a registered training practice we consist of 3 partners and 4 salaried GP’s in addition to 2 nurse practitioners, 1 practice nurse , 1 HCA, GP trainees, medical students and ARRS staff. Staff are hard-working whilst also maintaining a positive and supportive environment to work within our modern premises. Our recent staff survey show that our staff would recommend working here.
We are looking for:
• A willing and supportive team player, keen to embed as a critical clinical member of our practice team.
• A keenness to contribute towards the ongoing and continued quality improvement of services while supporting business and staff development and sustainability.
• A self-motivated individual.
• A person who can demonstrate excellent standards of clinical care and treatment and continued professional development.
• An individual with great interpersonal skills who can demonstrate sound decision-making.
Salary is £11,000 per session. Additionally, you will enjoy 6 weeks’ annual leave per year (pro rata), statutory bank holidays, access to the NHS pension and MDU cover. Terms no less favourable than the BMA contract.
