Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Promote preventative healthcare and health education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using an advanced EMR system.

Qualifications
• MD degree with certification in Family Medicine (MRCGP, MICGP, FRACGP, FACRRM, or American Board of Family Medicine).
• Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
