Location: Tottenham, N15 5NR, London
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00 – 11.50 per hour
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Day: 5 days a week (9.30am – 7pm), with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Position in one of our busy community pharmacies for immediate start.
We are a chain of pharmacies with a reputation for providing a quality service within the community. The pharmacy is very well presented and has excellent support staff.
The applicant is expected to use their excellent communication and customer service skills to give healthcare advice with confidence and serve all patients with warmth, respect and professionalism.
We are looking for a proactive individual to support our Pharmacist and Dispenser’s. Someone with a good working ethic who is hands on and approachable.
Previous experience of working in a pharmacy is ideal, however we are happy to train enthusiastic individuals who have previous retail experience and are committed to patient... care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the counter with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Cleaning and tidying of stock and shelves
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and package medications for patients
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy counter assistant is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions and cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.45-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
