As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Urology, you will:
• Collaborate with the urology in-patient and out-patient teams to deliver high-quality cancer nursing services.
• Provide specialist nursing advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Educate patients on their treatment pathways, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Work closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop and lead nurse-led clinics.
