The Role:

We have recently partnered with one of the Leading employers of international nurses in Australia. who are committed to solving nursing shortages across regional and remote Australia. Their model is centred around attracting and employing highly skilled nurses from overseas, to build long term health care capacity within these regions. Our client is currently recruiting for Registered Nurses with a background of working within Care Homes who have genuine interest in relocating to Australia to work in their regional residents’ homes and nursing homes.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Current registration with the NMC
• Care Home/ Aged Care experience... (Min 2 Years)
• Minimum of 2 years full time RN experience within the last 5 years
• Has AHPRA or is eligible to apply for AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
• Willingness to work in regional areas where there is high job demand i.e., outside of metropolitan areas: Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney

Locations:

Australia-Outside of metropolitan areas (Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney).

Hours:

38 hours per week

Salary:

$70,000-$100,000 (AUD Per annum)

Relocation Package/ Entitlements:
• Min 5 weeks paid annual leave/annum (shift worker)
• 10 days paid sick leave/annum
• Shift allowances
• Superannuation fund (pension)
• Transfer to ENS 186 permanent residency visa
• Up to AUD$20,000 relocation assistance
• Migration agent to assist with visa application
