Client needs assistance with personal care and reminders.
He is very independent and mobile but requires help with everyday tasks.
At Allied Adult, we work with HCBS Medicaid waiver patients needing assistance in their homes. Every patient has different needs, and we will match you accordingly based on your experience level and personality. We understand it can be nerve-wracking entering the homes of strangers, so we offer meet-and-greet sessions where you can introduce yourself to the patient and learn about their story and care plan.
Our goal is to treat our clients as we would our own family.
We are very flexible with scheduling and will match your clients to your availability. We use maps to inform you how far away your clients are and try to keep you close to home whenever possible.
The onboarding process is conducted online through our employee portal. Once you have completed the... paperwork, background checks, and drug screens, we conduct an online video call orientation.
