Edith Cavell Surgery are looking for looking for experienced GPs to join us.
Located on one of the largest high streets in the UK, the practice has a friendly admin team, highly efficient work allocation and fully supports your desired professional development. Spread over 2 sites which are within walking distance, the practice is also 5 mins away from a train station and is spoilt for choice as far as lunch options are concerned. A diverse patient population, regular clinical meetings and a central pharmacy team that takes care of most of the med reviews. A below average elderly population resulting in minimal home visits. The GPs are supported by an on-site Clinical Pharmacist, Physician Associate and ANP. A Lead GP supports clinicians in-house and chairs clinical meetings while a Regional Medical Director oversees the region.
Our GPs, patients and practice teams benefit from... innovative tech and workflow management processes. This approach improves patient access and hugely streamlines administrative tasks, freeing up GPs to focus on clinical work with the support of highly-trained multi-disciplinary teams.
With mentorship, support, in-house learning and development, and multiple leadership opportunities, our GPs are encouraged to reach their true potential. We can support with a Tier 2 visa if required, subject to approval by the GMC and GP Performers List

You could be working with...

Our fantastic package includes:
• £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs
• Annual salary up to £112,500 per annum depending on experience

• Opportunity to undertake specialist areas such of LES or minor surgery
