We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Director to lead and oversee clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing healthcare facilities and be passionate about optimizing patient outcomes while ensuring clinic efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Clinic Director is responsible for the overall management of the clinic, including overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and driving business performance. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong operational focus, the ability to mentor and lead a... multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of administrative staff, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturist and reflexologists.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
• Provide regular performance evaluations and development plans for staff.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, scheduling, and resource management.
• Business Development & Financial Management:
• Develop strategic plans to increase patient volume, optimize clinic performance, and meet financial targets.
• Manage clinic budget, control expenses, and track payment reconciliations.
• Collaborate with healthcare practitioners to create and implement strategies for patient acquisition and retention.
• Patient Care & Service Excellence:
• Maintain a high standard of patient care by ensuring practitioners follow best practices and provide exceptional service.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Qualifications:
• Demonstrated career background in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing staff, operations, and clinic performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and reflexology practices is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with staff, practitioners, and patients.
