We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help design high-performing, conversion-focused ads for Meta platforms.

• Proactive in offering new, innovative ideas to boost design creativity.
• Strong attention to detail with a thorough approach to crafting design elements.
• Direct-response design experience with a proven track record of designing ads that drive conversions on Meta platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded and eager to learn new design trends and best practices for Meta ads.
• Bonus: Copywriting... skills or familiarity with creating effective ad copy for social media.

What you’ll be doing!
• Static Ad Design: Design compelling, conversion-driven static ads for Meta platforms, using direct-response design principles.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to generate ad concepts that meet client goals and objectives.
• A/B Testing: Create multiple design variations for testing, and iterate based on performance data.
• Figma Collaboration: Utilize Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and smooth collaboration with the team.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs are polished, brand-compliant, and optimized for performance.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly share insights on your designs' performance and suggest actionable improvements.
