Job Summary
Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing
Haramain Perfumes have been at the forefront of the Arabian perfume industry since 1970. Over the last decade Haramain have expanded exponentially within the UK & Europe by supplying to independent retailers across the continent, establishing an online retail store and opening their first retail showroom in London.
We are seeking a creative & self-motivated individual who has natural talent for creative design and is able to work independently. They must also be current with design trends, particularly in the perfume/cosmetics industry and have experience with Major Social Media Platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties
Designing:-
• Plan and design any required content including graphics, icons, images, landing pages, banners, calls-to-actions, advertisements, etc.
• Manage and update the company website to promote products using imagery, colour, typography etc.
• Think outside the box. Be creative with words and images to... promote the business and increase brand exposure.
Social Media: -
• Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies for use across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok & Twitter.
• Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages with engaging written or graphic content
• Analyse data from posts to understand trends and how to make posts more effective.
• Use available advertising options to create effective adverts to promote new items, offers and other seasonal promotions (Christmas, Black Friday, Father’s day etc.)
• Respond to comments and queries on social media ensuring that they are dealt with effectively in-line with company code, values & ethics.
• Publish blog posts and devise strategy for email marketing
Website & E-commerce: -
• Design & Manage artwork for the retail website: banners, product images, motion images.
• Analyse traffic using Google Analytics to see customer trends. Also, understanding SEO and web optimisation.
• Devise an effective strategy to increase customer visits to website and encourage browsing and manage advertising on all social media platforms
• Ensure website user experience is optimum and devise ideas and methods to improve traffic and sales.
• Maintain stock levels of products on website, update cart rules and offers and ensure all product information is up to date.
• An experienced background in coding/developing is highly desirable as the candidate will have an integral say in the re-development of our company website and can advise in tailoring the website to the company’s requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
The candidate:
• Must have at least 2 years prior experience in a similar role
• A portfolio of recent artwork
• Highly skilled in Adobe packages (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.)
• A good understanding of social media platforms with previous experience of managing brand accounts.
• Enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English and an overall good communicator.
• Proficient with Office packages: Word, Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
