Requirements
• Currently enrolled in the 4th year of a Bachelor's program or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications or Business,
• Strong interest in event planning - both virtual and in-person,
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills,
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English,
• You’re a self-starter and independent worker,
• You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once,
• You are equal parts analytical and creative,
• You are optimistic, collaborative, and possess a desire to learn and develop your marketing skills,
• (Desirable) Experience with software such as: Canva, Figma, Jira, HubSpot, and other relevant B2B marketing automation tools,
• (Desirable) You’re a power user of Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs,
• (Desirable) Previous internship experience working in a B2B and/or technology marketing team,
• (Desirable) Any experience working in the hospitality or restaurant industries
What the job involves
• As... a B2B Marketing Intern, NOAM at Deliverect, you will be instrumental in supporting key initiatives that drive revenue growth within the North American (NOAM) market,
• In this role, your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with various members of the marketing team and the NOAM go-to-market (GTM) team to drive new business opportunities and expansion in the region,
• You will contribute to a diverse range of initiatives, including event management, account-based marketing (ABM), lifecycle marketing, and partner marketing,
• Your role will also involve working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and other key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment of marketing efforts,
• This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executing B2B marketing strategies while making a tangible impact on the company's growth in the NOAM region,
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including webinars, conferences, private dinners, and happy hours. Ensure alignment with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage target accounts and create high-quality touchpoints,
• Oversee the coordination and production of all branded elements at live events, from selecting and managing promotional items and larger giveaways to designing printed materials (flyers, banners) and trade show booth production. Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all events,
• Collaborate with the ABM working group to develop and implement strategies that effectively engage target accounts,
• This includes supporting the creation of new sales sequences, launching global marketing campaigns and offers in the region, and contributing to the briefing process for LinkedIn and paid ad concepts,
• Assist in managing and executing personalized lead nurture campaigns that provide educational value,
• Ensure timely and relevant communications tailored to the context in which the lead was captured (e.g., event booth interaction, ebook download, webinar participation) to strengthen relationships and drive conversion,
• Work closely with Partner Managers to support marketing initiatives with North American partners throughout the onboarding, activation, and growth acceleration stages of the partner lifecycle,
• Assist in the creation of co-branded marketing materials and the coordination of partner-led events or campaigns,
• Contribute to the development of event-related content, including promotional emails, invitations, social media posts, and post-event follow-up communications. Ensure messaging is engaging, clear, and aligned with both event goals and overall marketing strategy,
• Compile and present event and campaign performance wrap reports that showcase key insights and how marketing efforts are impacting business objectives,
• Use data to inform future marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement,
• This is a 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities,
• The intern will be exposed to real-world marketing tasks and responsibilities, helping them transition into a potential full-time marketing role upon successful completion
