Job Description:
As the Head... of Operations, you'll play a crucial role in leading this innovative team, ensuring that their exceptional service continues to make travelling for business a true pleasure.
• Convert business objectives into actionable plans for the team
• Develop, implement, and oversee daily operations within the organisation
• Inspire staff to uphold the highest quality standards of the company’s brand
• Set departmental budgets and evaluate performance
• Assess team structures and manage recruitment and retention strategies
• Ensure employees receive essential training and development opportunities
• Verify the effectiveness of company procedures
• Lead, inspire, and nurture the operations team
• Keep informed about industry trends and advancements
• Ensure customer complaints and compliments are actioned in a timely manner
• Meet with clients for development initiatives
• Work closely with senior management for strategic alignment
Experience Required:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people effectively
• Extensive management experience withing a corporate/business travel environment
• Great at influencing others and negotiating deals
• Good business sense with a clear understanding of market trends
• Solid experience in creating and implementing strategic plans in partnerships and operations
• Able to read and understand financial data
• High level of empathy, promoting a positive team environment
• Excellent knowledge of Amadeus software
• Skilled in using online booking tools
• Good understanding of operational processes and systems
