We are looking for a full-time marketing executive to join our team! In this role you’ll be helping the owner of the business create and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns. You must have previous experience in successfully finding leads and customers for a business. You must have experience in marketing and/or other relevant experience working with graphic designers, printers, copywriters and web designers. You also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail. Responsibilities and Activities
• Provide weekly marketing reports to the clinic owner of leads generated, the source of those leads, cost per lead, sales closed, conversion percentages and ROI.
• Assist in creating and managing various campaigns in the company’s CRM.
• Assist in creating, updating and managing the company’s social media sites.
• Assist in implementing weekly prospecting campaigns, both online and offline.
• Manage the inbound lead cleaning and follow-up process to ensure all inbound leads are qualified, cleaned, tracked and followed up on according to our follow-up process.
• Manage the company’s website to ensure links and forms are working and accurate.
• Work with the company’s SEO/Google Ads company to improve our rankings and/or hold top positions for critical keywords.
• Manage the production and mailing of the company’s newsletter and drip campaigns.
• Assist in the creation, updating and production of the company’s Shock-And-Awe materials and other sales collateral.
• Assist in the production of in-clinic workshops, trade shows and other marketing events.
• Meeting and greeting patients, taking bookings, taking payments, upselling services and helping the company hit targets.
Future Prospects:

Instant Physio is a rapidly growing Physio Clinic that has experienced rapid growth in the last few years. Our marketing efforts have helped us to grow to where we are today and we now have a great position for a skilled marketing assistant to help us grow even faster.
The founder of the company has worked at the Queens Club and has been growing Instant Physio since 2018. He has appeared in local newspapers, TimeOut London and has lectured at Universities about the field of physiotherapy. He is known in the community and is dedicated to helping people get out of pain and back to full health. He travels the globe with his team to learn about how to get better as a Physio and as a motivator of people.
This is a full-time position based in our Tooting clinic but can also be a remote job in the current climate. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:
• Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
• Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
• Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
Duration: 16 Months
Skills Required:
• Deep understanding of the company’s target market, USP and products.
• Deep understanding of direct response marketing.
• Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write effective marketing copy (basic sales copywriting).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced skills with Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel. Candidate must be able to work with database files and Excel spreadsheets containing data.
• Ability to produce ROI reports for various marketing initiatives.
• Ability to properly format marketing communications, e-mails and sales letters.
• Ability to create a production schedule and follow it.
• Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule.
• Ability to plan work so that it is completed on time.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Video editing.
