Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation and design and SEO. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and increasing sales through effective digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
• Analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with the marketing... and e-commerce teams to align digital marketing activities with business goals.
Inspiring Content Creation:
• Work with Beauty Technicians to create visually engaging content, including images for social media platforms, email marketing, web banners, blogs and landing pages.
• Assist with ad-hoc design work where required using Adobe software.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
SEO and Website Optimisation:
• Optimise website content and product listings to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Monitor and analyse SEO performance, making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager/Marketing Manager to ensure UX/UI best practices are implemented on the website for enhanced user experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Use data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Excel) to monitor campaign performance, customer behaviour, and key marketing metrics.
• Generate reports on digital marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Collaboration and Campaign Execution:
• Work with the broader marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Support the creation of email marketing templates and promotional assets, such as banners and product videos.
• Assist with the onboarding and management of products, offers and campaigns on external sites (Amazon, Tesco Marketplace, etc)
• Deal and communicate with external companies (i.e. agencies, photographers/videographers) to provide briefs and guidance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and SEO tools.
• Experience with SEO best practices and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong skills in data analysis and report generation using Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Filming capabilities (iPhone or similar) for social media use
Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and how they apply to digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
