Job Descrption
Design is at the heart of who we are at WNU, from our products to the brand we’re building around them. We’re looking for someone who wants to live and breathe a design-led brand, and use their creative skills to help us become a global leader in women’s ready-to-wear. Content is key to our growth, and you’ll lead on creating content that tells our story and shows our products in beautiful, clever and engaging ways.
What you’ll be doing:
• You’ll be a creative fountain for WNU - Ideating and creating high quality, engaging content that brings our brand to life and helps sell our product.
• It’s a fun and varied role, working on both video and photography, publishing your work across a range of mediums, from paid social ads, to organic TikTok and email campaigns.
• You’ll take ownership of the brand through various areas such as web, print, email, graphic and ad design.
• You'll spark new content ideas, working with the marketing team to brainstorm and refine, before owning the... creation process to the finished product.
• You’ll deeply understand our product and our customers, and use that understanding to create content that makes people feel something about our product and brand.
• You’ll be analysing and critiquing your own creative and its performance, using your insight to iterate and improve on it using a test and learn approach.

• You’re a great executer you can run with things and make them happen
• You love trying new things and learning along the way.
• Genuine love for digital marketing
Requirements:
• Confident with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, photography, video shooting and editing.
• Some experience with animation (and a desire to learn more) is a plus,
• Experience working for a design-led brand/project
• A proven track record of creating engaging content for a brand/yourself
• We’re a small team so you’ll need experience working autonomously to deliver on briefs
