The event operations manager’s role:
• Selecting and sourcing the right venues for the event and reviewing contracts.
• Develop and manage detailed event budgets, controlling costs to maintain budget compliance and able to meet... tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and negotiate contracts to ensure smooth event execution.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers as well as speakers for each event.
• Tailor the event experience to resonate with the specific audience.
About you:
• A successful track record of working on large-scale events beyond Europe and the US.
• Strong ability to negotiate and liaise with vendors and suppliers of the event.
• Skilled at managing pressure, and able to work autonomously.
• Highly resilient and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
