Art Direct high quality model photography and video.
Ensure all studio content is in line with the global brand positioning and creative direction.
Lead crews on set and manage daily image editing.
Create briefs and mood... boards to help brief all teams.
Carry out testing to further elevate studio imagery.
Present creative decks and mood boards to communicate ideas.
Provide support and input to the art direction teams.
Manage freelance talent pools (hair, makeup, styling, etc.).
Proven experience of at least 5 years in a creative role.
Previous experience of studio art direction for ecommerce.
Strong creative and strategic awareness.
Lighting and technical knowledge of photography.
