Job Descrption
Due to expansion, Lomar is looking to strengthen its dynamic team by recruiting a highly motivated Fleet Operations Officer to join their Operations/Post-Fixture Department.
Based in London, Bremen or Singapore and working alongside other Fleet Operations Officers, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Masters of the vessels in regards to employment instructions, voyage planning and execution, appointment of port agents and bunker arrangements in line with the vessel’s contractual obligations. The candidate will be required to coordinate all aspects of vessel operations to ensure that the vessels perform efficiently and that the Company’s safety standards and procedures are maintained at all times.
You will be required, as a minimum, to hold:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in vessel operations/post-fixture department (preferably with container... vessels)
• Available to travel
