My client, a leading UK developer, is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their team in North West London. They have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical coordination skills to work on a 250 unit residential project.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the technical design coordination and delivery of information
• Appoint and manage consultants and oversee allocated projects
• Provide technical advice on potential schemes for purchase and planning applications
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a technical coordinator for a developer or main contractor
• Strong time management and communication skills
