Description
We are looking for an experienced Localization Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable quality frameworks, processes, and best... practices; ensuring calibration with our tooling solutions, industry standards, and our organization goals. You will act as a pivotal bridge across time-zones fostering consistency across quality standards and guardrails. You will be instrumental in establishing language expansion quality strategy, defining and tracking KPIs and implementing feedback loops to optimize localization efforts and scale quality. You will ensure AI/ML solutions align with established localization standards and initiatives across multiple languages and regions. As part of the larger Global Vendor Operations team, you will serve as the main point of contact for language quality-related inquiries; effectively communicating issues, progress, and solutions to stakeholders across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven extensive experience in localization, with demonstrable senior-level experience in localization operations and/or quality management
Ability to work effectively across regions and cultures, fostering solid relationships
Ability to build consensus and negotiate strategy diplomatically
Technically savvy, curious, and experienced in CMS and MT/LLM applications
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and conflicting priorities
Experience managing KPIs, QBRs, and performing other data-driven exercises and analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Very comfortable presenting to executives
Preferred Qualifications
Native-level proficiency in at least one other language in addition to English
Experience crafting linguistic style guides, branding exercises, TMs, glossaries and linguistic training programs
