Job Descrption
The Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager will oversee, manage, and lead a team to ensure adherence to industry standards and criteria. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, this role will cover areas such as certifications, audit processes, and compliance to safeguard the organization's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversight of accreditations such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Manage audit processes including the Common Assessment standard, approved products, and training centers
• Lead internal and external audits and manage the compliance team
• Provide training and guidance to the compliance team
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate audits and drive continuous improvement
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking someone with proven experience in quality management and auditing, ideally within the construction or manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ISO standards and a strong... attention to detail. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and collaborative nature are essential
