Job Descrption
Our client, a leading payments business, is seeking a skilled Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic remote-first team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative testing strategies, developing test plans, executing various testing methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and upholding a high standard of quality to deliver reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement testing strategies from a user perspective
• Develop test plans and cases within a Lean/Agile framework
• Execute various testing methods to validate product functionality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and promote continuous quality improvement
• Balance manual and automated testing, leveraging automation frameworks
Requirements:
• Experience in both manual and automated testing
• Commercial knowledge of BDD and TDD frameworks
• Great knowledge of... testing web services, across both the UI and APIs
• Adept at working in an agile environment with excellent communication skills
