Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mixed-use asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft services, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage demanding tenants while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Tenant Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee the... operational aspects of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all soft services including cleaning, maintenance, security, and landscaping.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary improvements.

Requirements
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a mixed-use commercial, retail, or high-value residential environment.
• Candidate must be a natural problem solver and be able to think on their feet
• Strong background in soft services management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5.30 with 1 in 10 Duty management weekends where you will get time back in lieu.
