Salary: £50k to £55k pa (depending on experience)
One of the leading print management companies in Europe is offering the chance for an Senior Account Manager to work on a leading retail/FMCG account. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority and they achieve this by having a fantastic team in place and through providing outstanding service and quality.
Your strong understanding of the FMCG/retail industry coupled with your passion for customer service will allow you to hit the ground running in this role, providing a seamless experience for this key client.
As Senior Account Manager, your role will be to act as a trusted client partner, designing, procuring and fulfilling timely solutions. Your expert knowledge will help keep each customer on the right track, offering valuable advice and guidance. Ultimately, you must be dedicated to putting the brand first and always making sure they find the best possible solution to each... project in hand.
developing and writing new briefs; ensuring smooth management of all campaigns, and that all delivery deadlines are managed. Strong numeracy skills will be needed to provide accurate estimating, invoicing and monthly budget reconciliation; for understanding client budgets to support delivery of their campaigns; This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to workload and task allocation. You must be creative with strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving any issues. The following fields are required.
