As the Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of our high-rise condo projects. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee the work of Project Managers while being highly involved in design decisions, subtrade management, and the day-to-day challenges of multiple projects. We are seeking someone with a strong background in project management, particularly in high-rise, mixed-use, or complex ICI new builds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and mentor Project Managers to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of multiple high-rise condominium projects.
• Act as the primary decision-maker on design and subtrade selections, ensuring all construction aligns with project goals and client expectations.
• Provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving across all stages of development, from pre-construction through project close-out.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders, making key decisions on procurement and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to align on key design decisions and resolve any design challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements across all project sites.
• Track project financials and schedules to mitigate risks, ensuring a successful and profitable delivery.
• Report progress and challenges to senior leadership, communicating effectively and suggesting solutions where needed
• A competitive salary in the range of $150,000 - $170,000 with an additional bonus structure.
