Logistic Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the International Order and Logistics process for our product. The Logistics Manager will be responsible to execute and facilitate the order process, including order management (input, update and monitor), alignment and communication with different internal and external stakeholders, systems reconciliation, troubleshooting, measurement and improvement of the entire process

Responsibilities:
• management and planning of supply chains from source to the point of consumption to ensure goods get from suppliers to distribution centres as efficiently as possible• Executes and monitors order process within the business system from order generation, changes, shipment through final delivery confirmation• co-ordinates the transportation and storage of goods• monitors the distribution of goods and stock levels to ensure the organisation's needs are met and reports on overall performance• Collaborates with logistics... providers to ensure all import/export compliance requirements are met for the shipping of the orders• advises purchasing department on type, quality and quantity of goods required and dates by which they must be available and negotiates contracts with suppliers• ensures that regulations regarding hours of work, the licensing of crews and transport equipment, the operational safety and efficiency of equipment, the insurance of vehicles and other statutory regulations are complied with

Qualifications and Experience:
• At least a degree or higher diploma in economics, logistics, supply chain management or transport; • Proven experience in logistics management and supply chain management; • Interpersonal skills – the ability to work well in a team, as well as to manage and motivate others; • Inventory controller and project management skills; and • Commercial awareness• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; working language English, additional languages are desirable.• Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, self-directed and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities• Quick learner of new technology/process/work environment and ability to translate learning to work plans for improving business performance.

Pay: £42,500 - £45,000 per year
