You have worked within a Plant Area for some time now with a large passion for Horticulture, and you are now looking to grow your career by managing a bigger team and a larger area.
You might have hit a ceiling in your current company and are looking to move out for further progression opportunities.
What will you be doing?
• Managing the Plant Area, ensuring the team completes day-to-day tasks while managing customer expectations and customer service.
• Ordering stock and managing stock levels, ensuring they are maintained appropriately.
