Self-Employed - Commission Only Role.
Track Capital is expanding, and we are seeking enthusiastic property sales professionals to help us deal with enquiries from investors looking to purchase property in the UK.
We are a boutique property investment sales agency based in London with a hybrid/remote working team. As a company, we market and introduce our investors to various high-quality residential property investment opportunities from across the UK and Dubai.
This is a self-employed flexible commission-only role with working hours of 9 am to 6 pm in general, although hours are flexible, and some evening and weekend work will be required to ensure maximum results.
You can realistically earn £80,000 - £100,000 in year one whilst working from home, with more possible in later years.
The largest single amount of personal commission billed by an individual staff member in one month last year was £27,062.

As a Property Investment Sales Broker, your day will involve:
• Efficiently responding to warm leads via telephone, email and WhatsApp
• A high volume of telephone calls per day (50-100)
• Asking the right questions and understanding investor objectives, ultimately guiding them through the sales process
• Providing email proposals with in-depth information on investment opportunities
• Completing associated administration
• Assisting with sales progression and dealing with third parties to ensure transactions complete
• Learning new products showing an exceptional level of detail
• Occasional travel and face-to-face meetings within the UK
Requirements for the role:
• Minimum 1 years sales experience
• Must be hungry and motivated to earn well
• Ideally some form of phone sales experience - Daily call KPIs in place
• Strong verbal, written and communication skills
• Confident in sales and speaking to high-net-worth individuals in the UK
• Ability to listen and follow instructions to develop product, industry, and sales knowledge
• Tech Savvy - Able to use various software, systems and follow processes

Our back-end and marketing strategy is efficient and well-organised. Once established, you will be supplied warm leads on a daily basis and full product and sales training in order to deliver exceptional service and earn well. However, this is a sales position and as such you must be confident in making a high volume of calls with extensive written administration involved, so your verbal and written communication skills must be strong.
