We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes and Rewards Senior Manager, leading our share scheme administration initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of global share schemes, this is your chance to make an immediate impact!
In this role, you will:
• Lead with Expertise: Use your knowledge of share scheme compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) to manage executive compensation plans and drive results.
• Client Partner: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters and mentoring junior team members to elevate their professional growth.
• Optimize Systems: Use your experience with share scheme administration platforms to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global compensation programs.
• Global Share Scheme Support: Help clients maintain share scheme programs, comply with regulatory changes, and handle global reporting and tax obligations.
What We’re Looking For
• Extensive experience in global share schemes administration and a track record of working with cross-border compensation programs.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and tax teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios.
• A hands-on leader who can review team output and provide mentorship.
