About the Role
On behalf of our prestigious client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager to support their Head of Events. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in managing the end-to-end planning of events, from initial client consultation to on-the-day execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
• Client Relationship Management: Liaise with both new and existing clients, managing contracts, budgets, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure all requirements are met.
• Supplier & Logistics Oversight: Coordinate and manage suppliers, ensuring all documentation is current, and supervise onsite logistics to deliver high-quality service.
• Marketing & Business Development: Support long-term planning efforts and contribute to promotional strategies aimed at attracting new... business.
• Team Supervision: Oversee the Reception Team, ensuring adequate staffing and service standards, and manage temporary personnel when required.
• Event Security & Compliance: Ensure that all events adhere to security protocols and Health and Safety regulations, working with local authorities as necessary.
• Client Invoicing & Financial Accuracy: Oversee accurate and timely invoicing, ensuring all client and supplier-related financial processes are handled efficiently.
• VIP Event Management: Act as a primary contact for VIP and high-profile clients, ensuring events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standard.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar event management role.
• Strong background in hospitality or event planning, with a relevant qualification in the field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience working with high-profile and VIP clients.
• Good technical skills, knowledge of catering and event logistics.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to the demands of the role.
• First Aid and defibrillator experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018 is desirable.
