Job Descrption
You will have full ownership for the reactive sales department which can accommodate large events, so experience of working in this environment will be essential.
This role will act as the conduit between reactive sales and the rest of the commercial team.
They are looking for an accomplished leader who will be able to galvanise the experienced team quickly as well as be able to review commercial strategy to facilitate revenue growth. This could be interesting for an experienced Senior Event Manager looking to become a Director!
This role will be 5 days per week on property, reporting into the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The Role of the Director of Event Management
·Oversees the functions of Event Management, including the departments of Event Planning and Event Technology.
·Position ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
·The position has overall responsibility for executing all property events with a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales.
·Ensures the team meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing event revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department
