Job Summary
To support the Head of Bids by coordinating and producing various proposal documents such as PPQ, SQ,RFI,ITT,RFP, RFPS and maintain the Bid Library. This is a Hybrid Role working 3 days a week in the office
Responsibilities
• To support Head of Bids and Senior team
• Manage, sift and respond to EU public procurement notices and monitor tender portals
• Help and support Bid /manager in coordinating the internal teams to ensure submissions meet deadlines
• Assist with drafting responses to bid and tender questions and clarifications/ bid library and divisional processes
• Assist with the management of office contacts and project database
• Review and update standard responses/bid library for future use
• Liaise with QSHE to ensure certificates and insurances are up to date on frameworks, DPS’ and portals
• Ensure proper storage and retrieval of relevant bid information
• Bid and related research
• Assist with project and contact databases
• Maintain project tracker and... statistics on bids and tenders
• Any other duties as reasonably requested
Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and spoken English with good spelling and grammar
• Calm and professional manner in all communication both internal and external
• Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet demanding deadlines
• Previous experience of working in a similar industry/environment is required
• Have the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Package
• £35k per annum subject to experience
• 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day every 2 years’ service up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory days
