My client are specialists in safely delivering property maintenance services in both the public and private sectors. They have more than 30 years’ experience working across all property sectors including housing associations, educational institutions and local authorities. We have the capacity and capability to provide a first-rate service in a diverse range of works and this is demonstrated by the successful completion of numerous contracts during our time in business.
Due to expansion and growth, there is a great opportunity for a planner/scheduler to join. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering repairs to various domestic properties. These positions are Temp To Perm.
Duties include:
• Schedule all new works for the Operatives
• Ensuring the operative schedules are maximised at all times
• To input job order data on to the operating system
• Monitor... operatives’ schedules and identify if work is running behind schedule and contact resident to advise
• Dealing with compliants from Tenants
• Making sure all tenants are satisfied with all works being done on their property.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of word processing packages (MSWord)
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet packages (MSExcel)
• Previous experience of good communication practices (phones, e-mails, MSOutlook etc)
• Previous experience of ‘busy’ office environment
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £21-22ph
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
