The Company is in need of an Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a part-time role. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on operational leader, responsible for driving change, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall business performance within a complex, regulated environment. Key responsibilities for the Interim COO include leading the operational strategy and execution to support the company's growth objectives, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance, and implementing and refining processes to enhance customer experience and operational performance. The role also involves close collaboration with senior leadership, providing leadership to the operations team, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the development and implementation of new operational initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior operations or COO role, with a preference for experience within the... insurance sector. Strong strategic planning skills, a hands-on approach to execution, and the ability to lead and implement change within a complex, regulated environment are essential. The Interim COO should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a focus on efficiency and process optimization, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
