We are seeking a talented and passionate product designer to join our team. As a product designer at ComplyAdvantage, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate customer outcomes and business goals into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
As a Product Designer you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to understand project requirements and objectives
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach to product development
Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and ensure that designs meet their needs
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and solutions
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, continuously refining and improving the user experience
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire innovative design solutions
Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system to maintain consistency across products
Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with and shape brand guidelines
Stay updated and maintain a high proficiency of industry-standard design tools and methodologies
About you:
As a Product Designer you will demonstrate:
Proven experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
Experience working in an agile product environment and fast-paced startup atmosphere
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. (Figma is our design tool of choice)
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Passion for understanding and spending time with our customers and other users
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design decisions
Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies
Familiarity with front-end development principles and constraints
