Job Descrption
We are currently seeking an interim Supply Chain Manager UK&I to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Ransomes Dock, Battersea, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £56,000 - £59,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers hybrid working of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home, subject to adjustment based on business requirements. Day one will be onsite.

Your Role & Responsibilities
The Supply chain Manager for UKI holds the overall responsibility for SC performance for the region, business partnering the CD and Marketing team. This includes managing both country SC teams and manufacturing/logistics teams within the MU to support the growth ambition. The SC Lead role for UKI will manage go-to-market team that comprises of demand planning & customer service.
Your Key Tasks:
• Develop and agree a strategy for the supply chain, managing the trade-off between Customer Service, Obsoletes and Working Capital within the best-balanced triangle. incorporating the requirements of key stakeholders, the Business Team, and take responsibility for implementing it.
• Ensure demand plan for UKI are in line with business plan & customer JBP
• Drive the S&OP process for the region to deliver the business plan
• Deliver right level of customer service for each account as per requirements.
• Set up right SC network and Order to Cash process to optimize cost, cash and service level.

What You'll Need to Succeed
• At least 7 years prior experience in a similar role in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• FMCG background a MUST
• A proven track record in leadership
• Project management skills
• Business Strategy formulation and Change management skills
