Job Descrption
We are seeking an experienced Export Administrator for our Edgware based client. The role is full time (8am to 5pm) and office based. Candidates must have good knowledge of import and export documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day shipping and documentation related tasks.
• Produce export documentation including Bill of lading, Commercial invoices, packing list, vetting and negotiation of Letters of Credit.
• Regular liaison/coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Min 5 years of work experience in the field of exports/imports documentation.
• Understanding of Export Documentation.
• Sound understanding of Sea freight logistics, documentation involved.
• A diploma or degree in Export/Import/International Trade is preferred but not necessary.
