The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic Digital Marketing Division as a Senior Marketing Operations Executive, where you'll work across a diverse product portfolio and report directly to the Head of Marketing Operations.
You will work on some of the top international digital marketing events, such as Affiliate Summit, Traffic & Conversion Summit, Creator Economy Live, and new products in development. Affiliate Summit hosts the world's largest affiliate marketing events, attracting thousands of advertisers, networks, agencies, and affiliates globally. Traffic & Conversion Summit, North America's premier independent digital marketing... conference, features an impressive lineup of speakers, including Richard Branson and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your expertise in marketing technology, email automation, and marketing operations to support and create innovative and data-driven strategies. Your analytical and data skills will be essential as you analyse performance metrics, create automation workflows, and deliver actionable insights that optimise our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & Campaign Development
• Set up omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, chatbot, social) in collaboration with senior campaign managers.
• Automate customer touchpoints and marketing processes using cutting-edge CRM and automation tools to increase efficiency.
• Lead campaign reporting and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights and innovative suggestions for future campaigns.
• Liaise with the Data team to connect data between different platforms and provide an optimal usage of data in campaigns and reporting.
Data Management
• Guide campaign managers in establishing reliable conversion tracking throughout the lead lifecycle.
• Assist with database segmentation and the creation and updates of detailed customer personas.
• Maintain a highly accurate and enriched lead database, working with the Marketing Operations group to ensure progress is tracked.
• Enhance customer data acquisition and management through strategic A/B testing, research and best practice techniques.
Reporting & Analytics
• Analyse marketing performance and ROI across various channels.
• Manage marketing data reporting using PowerBI, Salesforce Einstein, and Excel, sharing regular KPI reports with stakeholders, offering actionable insights.
• Create interactive dashboards to track marketing campaigns, event performance, customer behaviours, database health, and customer feedback.
Data Privacy
• Ensure compliance with data protocols in all marketing activities.
• Implement new data privacy policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Liaise with the Group Privacy Manager to establish best practices in data capture.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
• Experience in marketing automation and CRM technology Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Data savvy and a whiz in Excel.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical – excited about uncovering data insights.
• Strong logic and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize relevant tasks.
• Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently.
