Location: Hayes, West London.
Shift Pattern: 4 days on - 4 days off
Salary: £38,000

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations and team management overseeing inventory control, logistics coordination, financial management, and reporting. At this new site, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to establish the most efficient warehousing processes.

Responsibilities for the... position of Warehouse Shift Manager -
• Managing a team of 2 warehouse supervisors and 20-30 operatives per shift.
• Contribute, implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the performance, development and wellbeing of the team whilst working towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
• Manage drivers, delivery routes and logistics operations.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Ideal skill set we’re looking for, for the position of Warehouse Shift manager -
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar industry in a warehouse managerial or team-leading role.
• A proven track record in mentoring, coaching and driving high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory control and supply chain management.
• Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
