Job Descrption
A global freight forwarding company is seeking an experienced Logistics Export Coordinator to join their team.
• Arrange LCL and FCL export shipments to worldwide destinations
• Arrange collections with selected transport companies
• Liaise with carriers and sales departments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle orders, including issuing Bills of Lading and invoices
• Knowledge of container loading beneficial
• Perform customs clearance and entry within Sequoia or other customs systems
Desired Characteristics
• 2-3 years of experience within Ocean Freight Exports
• Ability to work in a start-to-finish role
• Team player, energetic, and enthusiastic
• Proactive, dynamic, and willing to take responsibility
Package
• Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730hrs (37.5 hrs per week)
• Salary range of 28k-38k depending on experience
• 24 days holiday plus public holidays
• Optical and dental private healthcare
• Contributory pension
