Head of Warehouse at Swapfiets

Job Descrption
• You oversee operations in the warehouse, maintain the supply and optimize processes.
• You organize the flow to the warehouse (including triage in the store and warehouse) & coordinate other employees in the warehouse.
• You own all supporting conditions in the warehouse to ensure the warehouse team can work safely and effectively (safety, work clothing, lockers, etc.).
• You maintain the stock of bikes and spare parts.
• You optimize workflows through implementing optimizations and projects with the help of our Supply Chain Innovation team.
• You will drive a high-performance culture and are responsible for reaching the targets in the warehouse.
• You are responsible for local HR and recruitment.
• You drive local improvements.
Preferably experience in warehouse or operational management and experience in planning, control and change management.
• Affinity with bikes and service.
• Fluent in English.
25 days... annual leave (plus bank holidays).
